I decided to make a quick and healthy orange chicken dish with a small veggie salad side.
I started with frying my chicken pieces until a crispy brown. Next in a small saucepan I heat 2 Tbs of soy sauce with 2 Tbs of honey, 1/2 tsp minced ginger, 1/2 tsp minced garlic and my choice of seasonings. Once fully combined and thick I added in my chicken until coated. I plated with a small bit of brocolli slaw, chopped bell pepper, green onion, and black sesame seeds. It's a super easy and healthy take on one of my favorite asian dishes.
