Come make a comforting bowl of ramen with me!

On cold days with April showers I love to curl up on the couch with my favorite movie playing and a comforting bowl of Ramen, I think you would too. (:

1. Start by bringing 2 Cups of water to a boil and add in a single packet serving of Ramen noodles, the packs have their own spices so add those in to your liking.

2. The packs also usually have their own dried up veggie add-ins but I like getting fresh ones cut up for a fresher flavor. I cut up green onions finely and some carrot in thin slices, I throw them right in with the noodles.

3. Last component is the egg, usually the egg is boiled to the point of a runny yolk but I prefer eggs done over-easy. To boil the egg for a runny yolk, bring 1 Cup of water to a boil before plopping in the egg to cook for 5 minutes, quickly move the egg to an icebath until cool enough to peel. For an egg over-easy, heat up a pan with a splash of oil and crack in the egg after about a minute and a half flip the egg until both sides are golden.

4. Plate up the ramen in a deep bowl, adding in the egg garnish and any other veggies for taste.

5. Serve immediately for the best warm flavors and don’t forget to Keep Whipping!
